Creaciones Euromoda has won the second AITEX award for Sustainability.
the technological institute AITEX convened in its third edition awards in the categories of Sustainability and Innovation.
The Sustainability award is granted to those companies that have excelled in eco-efficient management or that has developed a production process that actively contributes to the sustainable development and environmental protection.
The award ceremony was held in Alcoi on Thursday 7 at 18:30 p.m. A massive act in which more than 200 people attended among the 10 finalists, businessmen and authorities. The Minister of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors and Work of the Generalitat Valenciana Mr. Rafael Climent Gonzalez was present at the event.
The award was collected by Antonio Beneito, CEO of Creaciones Euromoda, who thanked AITEX for the initiative of this type of incentives so that companies can have the courage to know that they are on the right track by being effective, inventive and motivated. Beneito introduced the explanation of the project as need for survival to help the environment.
Going into details, a urea-free tissue preparation has been developed. This component generated wastewater. The new nitrogen-free reaction catalyst has concentrations 300 times lower than those used for urea. In addition, with the new formula, the amount of alkali and thickeners is reduced, so that the final cost of the preparation is 80% lower and environmentally viable.
